Complaints (Warranty)

Is the product damaged or faulty? We provide a 24-month warranty on all new motorcycle parts.

How to proceed?

Contact us first:
Send an email to info@mojegs.cz or message us via WhatsApp (+420 604 111 341). Include your order number and photos in case of a complaint.

Fill out the form: Download and print our Return/Complaint Form and include it in the package.

Pack the goods: Ensure the items are well-protected to avoid damage during transport. Use original packaging if possible.

Send to our address: Send the package (prepaid, no C.O.D.) to:

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. The funds will be returned to your original payment method or bank account within 14 days.
