Returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt
Products purchased on mojegs.cz can be returned without reason within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be unused. Special care should be taken, for example, with plexiglass, which may show marks from screws after installation. Such goods are then considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Always attach a tax document and a cover letter with a description of how we should proceed, as well as a bank account number for the refund, to the returned goods.
The right to return goods without reason cannot be applied to products purchased by a business (determined by the inclusion of the business ID in the order). More information can be found in the terms and conditions.
Product complaints
Defects in products purchased on mojegs.cz can be claimed within 2 years of receipt. For proper processing of the complaint, download, print, and complete the complaint protocol. Send the goods along with the completed complaint protocol and a copy of the invoice, or bring them to the address after phone agreement:
