Original BMW navigation preparation with central locking, which is newly installed on motorcycles produced after 2025. You no longer need to unlock the holder with a key as before; instead, when the ignition is on, you simply need to press the button on the bottom of the holder to remove the navigation/mirroring. When the holder is powered off (when the ignition is off), the navigation is securely locked.

  • connection to the standard navigation preparation connector that almost every BMW motorcycle has
  • can also be mounted on models from around 2004 onwards that are equipped with a GPS preparation connector

In practice, the holder can be mounted on any motorcycle (even those other than BMW). In such a case, simply cut off the white connector, connect the red wire to the switched positive pole (after turning on the ignition), connect the brown wire to the negative pole, and the green wire will remain unused. This will give you an electric automatic lock for the navigation (e.g. Chigee 5, Chigee 6, etc.)

If you do not have the navigation permanently on the holder, protect the connectors with a cap.
