A compound with an excellent combination of enduring braking performance, sensitivity of brakes, and high thermal stability, specially developed for sport riding and for riding with greater loads on the motorcycle. The HS compound does not damage brake discs, braking effects are stable both in dry and wet conditions, and they do not need to be heated to a higher temperature for consistent braking performance. This compound is recommended for newer, high-performance sport motorcycles that are originally equipped with sintered metal brake pads. To ensure the same braking effects on both the front and rear wheels, the friction force characteristics are identical for both the front HS compound and the rear LS compound, precisely according to the concept of the original sintered metal pads.
