Enhanced timing chain tensioner to eliminate rattling on the left side for BMW R1250GS Adventure 2018-2024, R1250GS 2018-2023.

A well-known issue, audible at idle - rattling, knocking from the left cylinder. If you can't tolerate this sound, simply replace the timing chain tensioner, which can be replaced without major intervention. After unscrewing the original tensioner, 1-2dl of oil will leak out, which you should top up. Alternatively, replace the tensioner at the same time as the oil.
