SW-Motech "PRO" series tank bags and tank rings are characterized by metal latches and built-in strong magnets, which make placing the tank bag on the ring a matter of a single second. It is technically impossible for the tank bag to fall off spontaneously. Moreover, it is not in contact with the tank but "levitates" above it, preventing scratches.
Detaching the tank bag for refueling or carrying is done by pulling the red strap at the front of the tank bag (towards the handlebars) and also takes no more than 2 seconds.
